PERBANDINGAN DEBIT HASIL TRANSFORMASI METODE F.J. MOCK DENGAN DEBIT POS AWLR TARUSAN UNTUK PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN EMBUNG DAN IRIGASI PADA DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI (DAS) TARUSAN

Abstrak

The method often used to transform rainfall data into discharge is the F.J. Mock. This method assumes that the rain that falls into a catchment area / watershed area will partially be lost due to evapotranspiration, some will directly become direct runoff and some will enter the ground (infiltration).  To find out whether the transformed rain data expresses the true discharge value, it is necessary to make a comparison with the discharge from field observations through the flow rate recording post (AWLR). The watershed which is the object of research is the Tarusan watershed because there are rain and discharge data in this watershed. Rain data that will be transformed are Tarusan post rain, Ladang Padi post and Danau Diatas post. Meanwhile, the comparative discharge of Tarusan AWLR. Based on the results of the comparison, it can be seen that the flow pattern between the discharge transformed by the F.J. Mock forms a different pattern with the observed discharge at the Tarusan AWLR post. The percentage difference between the transformed discharge and the observed discharge reaches more than 100%. The comparison results show that the discharge resulting from the transformation using the F.J. The mock on the Tarusan watershed does not express the true discharge value.
