Kasus Stunting Ditinjau dari Pola Asuh dan Status Ekonomi Tahun 2012-Tahun 2022

Abstract
Pola asuh merupakan suatu bentuk interaksi antara orang tua kepada anak dalam mendidik, membimbing dan memberikan perlindungan agar anak mampu berinteraksi di masyarakat dan bisa bersikap mandiri. Pola asuh yang baik terutama akan menstimulus pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak (stunting). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mereview hubungan pola asuh dan ekonomi dengan kejadian stunting Metodologi penelitian dengan melakukan literature review melalui pendekatan Prisma dan Quality Assesment dari beberapa artikel baik internasional maupun nasional yang dicari dengan mempergunakan Google Scholar dan Sciencedirect, PubMed, Publish or Perish. Beberapa artikel baik internasional maupun nasional, menyisihkan 1212 artikel dengan kata pola asuh asah, asih, status ekonomi yang berhubungan dengan stunting yang terdiri atas 234 internasional dan 542 jurnal nasional, setelah dilakukan seleksi sesuai kata kunci yang dianalisis ialah 21 artikel. Hasil review pada 18 artikel internasional dan 3 nasional menemukan bahwa kejadian stunting terjadi pada kondisi pola asah, asuh dan asih yang tidak sesuai dengan tahapan tumbuh kembang anak dan diperburuk dengan tingkat sosial ekonomi yang kurang. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa salah satu cara mengatasi kejadian stunting adalah dengan memperbaiki pola asuh dengan memberikan makanan bergizi sesuai kebutuhannya, asah dengan stimulasi yang benar dan asih memberikan kasih sayang penuh cinta serta memperhatikan tingkat sosial ekonomi masyarakat.
