Evaluasi Model CIPP Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Isolasi Mandiri: Perspektif Pasien Isolasi Mandiri di Kota Pekanbaru
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kebijakan isolasi mandiri di Kota Pekanbaru berdasarkan perpektif pasien isoman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi model CIPP (Context, Input, Process dan Product) menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan didukung data kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah orang yang terkonfirmasi COVID-19 sedangkan sampelnya adalah orang yang pernah menjalani isolasi mandiri di rumah dan di fasilitas isolasi milik pemerintah daerah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan google form, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif berupa tabel frekuensi maupun grafik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan isolasi mandiri dinilai efektif dalam mengendalikan Covid-19 di Kota Pekanbaru ditinjau dari aspek Context (78,17) dengan kategori sangat efektif, Input (72,11) dengan kategori efektif, Process (86,21) dengan kategori sangat efektif dan Produk (69,39) dengan kategori efektif. Namun demikian perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan isolasi mandiri khususnya dalam meningkatkan dukungan terhadap pasien isoman baik secara finansial maupun non finansial, memaksimalkan monev kepada pasien isoman di rumah dan meningkatkan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait pentingnya mematuhi protokol isoman serta meningkatkan kapasitas pemerintah.
